APPLICABLE LAW
This agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of Curaçao.
DEFINITIONS
- Player: Any individual using the casino's software, games, or promotional offers.
- Casino: Pure Casino, encompassing all its online platforms, software, content, and services.
- Service: Support, promotions, and assistance provided by the casino to its users.
- Credits: Funds in a player's account balance, or chips/money available for gameplay. Conversion: 1 Credit = 1€ / 1£ / 1$ / 1AUD / 10ZAR (approximate).
- We/Us/Our: The casino's operators and affiliated companies.
- Player(s): Includes active players, guest players, dormant players, or those with closed accounts.
- Real Player: A player wagering with their own funds at the casino.
- Wagering Requirement: The number of times a credit amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn, also referred to as a rollover requirement.

The casino, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for damages, costs, or liabilities resulting from a player's use of its services or activities related to the casino.
The casino is not responsible for software errors caused by a player's internet connection, device software, or hardware. Internet disruptions are the player's responsibility, and the casino will not compensate for such issues. Technical faults must be reported in writing with screenshots for verification.
Players agree that only the registered account holder will access and use the casino account. Unauthorized use by others constitutes a breach, potentially leading to account termination and forfeiture of winnings. Accounts are non-transferable, and new users must create their own accounts.
The casino may modify, add, or remove games or services without prior notice. Players accept this as part of the casino's operational rights.
Players agree to indemnify Pure Casino, its staff, and affiliates against any costs, damages, or liabilities arising from legal or other actions related to their casino activities, including any legal issues stemming from online gambling prohibitions in their jurisdiction.
Players accept all game outcomes as displayed by the casino's software or website as accurate. Disputes are resolved based on game server results, which are final. If dissatisfied with these terms, players may stop playing and uninstall the software. Players wishing to close their account must do so manually via the casino software and remove associated software from their devices. The casino enforces a strict 25+ age policy in compliance with jurisdictional laws.
Complaints or technical issues must be submitted in writing within five (5) days of the incident. Late submissions may not be addressed, though exceptions may be considered case-by-case, with the casino reserving the right to enforce the five-day rule.
All casino decisions are final.
Funds in a closed account cannot be withdrawn, including pending withdrawals.
VIOLATIONS OF TERMS
Actions deemed violations include, but are not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts at Pure Casino, within the same household, device, IP address, or affiliated casinos under the same management.
- Links to fraudulent, suspended, or closed accounts at Pure Casino or other online casinos.
- Public complaints or disputes on forums, blogs, or websites.
- Abusing or harassing casino staff, including threats.
- Mismatched account and payment method names.
- Providing false registration information.
- Playing from unauthorized regions.
- Being underage per the casino's terms.
- Allowing others to use the player's account.
- Engaging in professional or group play for profit.
- Initiating chargebacks or disputes on deposits, or threatening to do so, at Pure Casino or other platforms.
- Cheating, using irregular betting patterns, or employing automated systems (e.g., Martingale, software) to exploit the casino.
- Connections to current or former casino employees or affiliates.
- Attempting to hack or alter the casino's software or website.
Violations may result in account termination, seizure of winnings and balances, and denial of services or promotions.
If the casino discovers similar violations at other online casinos, it will take appropriate action.
By accepting these terms, players consent to the casino using their username, country, or first name in promotional materials (e.g., advertising a jackpot win) without compensation.
Cryptocurrency deposits must be confirmed on the blockchain to the provided wallet address. Voided or reversed deposits are considered fraudulent, and any related withdrawal requests will be voided.
GENERAL TERMS
The casino may impose restrictions on accounts opened from shared computer environments at its discretion.
The casino ensures fair gameplay through a third-party audited Random Number Generator (RNG) for all games.
The casino may adjust a player's account balance to recover owed amounts.
Players agree to pay all amounts due to the casino and not attempt to dispute, chargeback, or cancel payments.
For E-Wallet transactions (e.g., MoneyBookers, Neteller), the casino may request additional transaction records.
Illegal or criminal activity by a player will lead to immediate account termination, with the casino reserving the right to notify authorities and other casinos.
The casino may alter services, including temporary suspension of support, at any time.
In case of technical failures, bets in progress may be voided, and the casino is not liable for losses or issues caused by glitches.
Accounts inactive for 90 days or more without bets may have their balance forfeited. Withdrawals after this period are reviewed case-by-case, with the casino reserving the right to enforce the 90-day rule.
PROMOTION AND BONUS TERMS
Bonuses, including free and deposit bonuses, are for gameplay enhancement and cannot be withdrawn. Bonus amounts are deducted upon withdrawal.
Bonus money is non-withdrawable and is removed from winnings during cashout. Cashback is also non-withdrawable and may be deducted from pending withdrawals.
Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal, unless otherwise stated.
Cashback promotions have a 1X wagering requirement and a maximum withdrawal limit of 10X the cashback amount. The casino may deduct cashback from pending withdrawals.
Tournament prizes, raffle winnings, or special promotions (e.g., bonuses of 200% or more, cashback of 75% or more) have a 1X wagering requirement and a 2X maximum withdrawal limit. Players with pending withdrawals or balances over 100 $/€/£ are ineligible for tournament or raffle prizes.
Special Bonuses
Bonuses of 200% or more or cashback of 100% or more.
Players must understand the terms, wagering requirements, and restrictions of any bonus they accept.
Players who do not wish to use a bonus must notify customer support before playing. If a wager is placed, the bonus must be played through until the balance is zero or wagering requirements are met. Support can remove unplayed bonuses upon request.
Free bonuses (e.g., comps, free chips) have a 20X–60X wagering requirement and a 50-credit withdrawal limit (50 $/€/£/AUD, 500 ZAR). Excess balances are non-withdrawable. Players can withdraw free bonus winnings once per lifetime unless approved by the casino manager.
Non-depositing players withdrawing free chip winnings must make a minimum 15 $/€/£/AUD (150 ZAR) deposit, which cannot be withdrawn or added to pending withdrawals. Depositing players must have deposited within the last 30 days for free chip withdrawals, with the deposit excluded from pending withdrawals.
Promotions are valid only for the period specified in the casino's offer.
Bonuses of 200% or greater have a maximum cashout of 10X the deposit amount.
Free bonus players can withdraw winnings from their first three free bonuses within 30 days of registration. After this, free bonus winnings are non-cashable and deducted from the balance or withdrawal.
Upon meeting wagering requirements, the casino may adjust balances to the maximum withdrawal limit and clear excess funds. If a player is ineligible for withdrawal, winnings and balances may be cleared.
WITHDRAWAL TERMS
Deposits of 249 $/€/£/AUD or less have a 10X deposit maximum withdrawal limit per session. The casino applies this rule upon withdrawal approval, clearing non-withdrawable funds, including deposit bonuses.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted anytime, with approval taking 5–18 working days after authorization, including Fraud department verification.
Bonuses are non-withdrawable and deducted from winnings during withdrawal processing.
Withdrawals incur a 10–40 $/€/£ transfer fee, depending on location and payment processor, which is the player's responsibility.
Withdrawal approval requires submission of verification documents within 30 days of the request. Failure to comply cancels the withdrawal.

Withdrawal Limits

Deposited funds and winnings are held solely for gaming and settling fees. Credit card deposits incur a 3%–6.5% processing fee.

Mixing free-play and real-play balances is prohibited. Deposits made on top of free chip balances treat prior balances as free play, subject to free play rules.

This agreement is considered signed by both the casino and the player.
These terms represent the final agreement between the player and Pure Casino regarding participation in the casino.
REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available for all deposits, subject to the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of the deposit.

REFER-A-FRIEND TERMS
The refer-a-friend program is subject to the casino's general terms. By participating, both the referrer and referred party agree to the program's terms, and the referred party consents to their data being provided by the referrer. The referred party agrees to receive an email from Pure Casino inviting them to join.
Referrals from the same computer or IP address are ineligible for security reasons. Referred players must not be existing Pure Casino members or share the referrer's email.
Referrers must provide accurate details about the referred friend, including name and email. Bonuses are awarded only after verification by the casino.
The referred party must register a real money account and deposit at least 25 $/€/£ to qualify. Both parties receive their bonus within 48 hours of the deposit.
